1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gd33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gd33 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://gd33.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gd33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on gd33.
• "Platform" means the gd33 website, mobile interface, games library, sportsbook, and all associated services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the gd33 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by gd33.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using personal funds via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" means the identity, age, and payment verification process required by gd33 before processing certain transactions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the gd33 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the gd33 platform.

3 Eligibility

To register and use a gd33 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gd33 strictly prohibits use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of gd33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the gd33 platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

gd33 may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in restriction or closure of your Account.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the gd33 platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and honestly. When registering, you agree to provide true, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on gd33. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited. gd33 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Any Real Money Funds in a duplicate Account may be returned to the payment source, while Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gd33 will not be responsible for any losses, claims, or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify gd33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

gd33 may at any time request that you complete an enhanced verification procedure, including submission of a government-issued photo identification document, a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that do not complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted.

5 Deposits

gd33 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gd33, though individual payment processors may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation, although delays may occur in exceptional circumstances beyond gd33's control.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited.
• gd33 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply fees. gd33 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
• gd33 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit at its sole discretion.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., wrong amount or duplicate transaction) should be reported immediately to our support team at [email protected]. gd33 will make reasonable efforts to rectify verified errors.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used for a deposit on your Account, or an alternative verified payment method approved by gd33.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours during normal operating conditions, though verification requirements may extend processing times.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to any third-party payment account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the withdrawal destination details you provide are accurate.
• gd33 may require completion of full identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw unmet bonus funds may result in forfeiture of those funds.
• gd33 reserves the right to impose a maximum weekly or monthly withdrawal limit, which will be communicated to affected players via their Account or by email.
• In cases where gd33 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation, with no liability to gd33.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

gd33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL season. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all gd33 bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed in full using Real Money Funds and/or Bonus Funds as specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• gd33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable terms at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
• Players who gd33 determines to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors — will have all associated Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gd33 platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules in effect at the time the bet is placed. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules for any game or market before placing a wager.

• Casino Games: All casino games on gd33 are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) figures are published by the respective game provider and are available on request.
• Sports Betting: Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are subject to gd33's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. gd33 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, system faults, or suspicious betting patterns.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gd33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using software, robots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in any sports market.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other form of financial crime through the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gd33 platform — including but not limited to the gd33 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gd33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gd33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gd33 content without prior written permission from gd33.

11 Privacy & Data

gd33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the gd33 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gd33 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers necessary for the operation of the platform (including payment processors and game software providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gd33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gd33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical interruption, server downtime, or connectivity failure.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on the gd33 platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect financial loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

gd33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in this clause shall limit gd33's liability for fraud or gross negligence.

13 Responsible Gaming

gd33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices for all players aged 21 and above. gd33 reserves the right to close or permanently suspend any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability, in the following circumstances:

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring closure.

15 Amendments to These Terms

gd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. All amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where gd33 considers an amendment to be material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the gd33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange Account closure.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gd33 operates its international offshore gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence. Players in Bangladesh are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to online gambling.
